On the other hand, independent cultivators do not have such opportunities and can only use simple methods to comprehend."

The general outline of the inner scene of the [Sutra of Bitterness] is even more straightforward, so-called -

Don't seek help from outside, just be honest with yourself.

That’s right—my body is the universe, and the inner scene is the universe.

The key to practicing the [Inner Scene] is to open up a kingdom within the body, using the mind as the craftsman and the qi and blood as the materials to build the supreme foundation of Taoism and cultivate an indestructible Taoism body.

If you practice the [inner scene] to an extremely deep level, you can briefly project the inner scene, which has been condensed to the extreme, outside the body.

For example, the blood flowing in the body can transform into a real blood river that covers the battlefield and delays the opponent.

The skeletal spine can transform into the phantom of a bone mountain to suppress all things.

Even the internal organs can transform into spirits and take on different forms to fight.

It is not difficult to see that the [inner scene] described in the inner scene chapter of the [Ku Du Sutra] can actually be said to be extremely similar to the [inner cave heaven], the core of the [cave heaven realm] of the foundation-building alchemy path.

But although the two are similar, they also have fundamental differences.

The [cave heaven within the body] is opened up in the [dantian] of the Nascent Soul Dharma Image. Once the opening is completed, it will have the wonder of a space like Mount Sumeru containing a mustard seed. Step by step, it can even evolve into a real world.

The [Inner Scene] tends to cultivate every part of one's own physical body into its own microscopic picture. Although it also has the advantage of external manifestation, it cannot actually be regarded as a space like a cave heaven.

When [Evergreen Daoist Master] created the [Bitter Crossing Sutra], it could be said that he was benchmarking the Foundation Alchemy Dao in every aspect. He was extremely ambitious and might have intended to open up a completely new cultivation system through martial arts body training.

But the final result was obviously not ideal. At least in Jing Yu's current opinion, the body refining realm in the [Kudu Sutra] was still a bit rough compared to the already extremely perfect [Jinjidan Dao].

Not to mention that the simple [Kudu Sutra] does not have the effect of nourishing the soul and increasing lifespan, and it must be combined with the [Longevity and Longevity] destiny to achieve success.

Jing Yu couldn't help but ponder, "What kind of person is Changqing Daozun? He's the supreme being in the universe, yet he still hasn't created a new path to body refinement. This speaks volumes about the difficulty of becoming a Daozun."
