Chapter 153 Visiting the Mo Family

As Lin Shushu and Mo Ze stepped off the flying vehicle outside the Mo family's gate, the guards immediately surrounded them. However, these guards were quite considerate and stopped about five meters away from them.

The two stepped into the Mo family's gate, but before they had taken more than a few steps, a figure rushed over. Mo Ze grabbed them, saying, "How dare you be so reckless!"

Mo Chen was pulled back, and the inertia made him fall forward, almost falling into Mo Ze's arms, but Mo Ze dodged him in disgust.

Mo Chen barely managed to steady himself and complained, "Brother, why didn't you help me? I almost fell."

"Are you a child? Can't you even walk properly?" Mo Ze ignored his words and rebuked him.

Mo Chen ignored him and instead looked at Lin Shushu, who was standing to the side smiling. "Sister Shushu, it's been so long. I've missed you so much."

Lin Shushu looked at him amusedly, "You don't miss me, you miss my fruit, don't you!"

“It’s all the same, it’s all the same!” Mo Chen didn’t refute, and just smiled sheepishly.

"Shushu, let's go, the elders are still waiting for us!" Mo Ze interrupted their pleasantries, pulled Lin Shushu up, and started to leave.

"Yes, yes, everyone's waiting. I came out to meet you." Mo Chen seemed to realize something and quickly caught up with them.

After passing several detached small buildings, they arrived at the central courtyard of the Mo family. This courtyard belonged to the head of the family and also contained several small buildings and a sizable garden.

At this moment, a number of people had already gathered at the door, with Jin Siyue leading the way. They were getting impatient and wanted to go out and see what was going on.
